14 hour technicolor daydream

I have been listening to the college radio station from evergreen with mixed results. It is a whole lot like KZSC, which I never much cared for either, There are a few really cool shows that I feel lucky to catch if I happen to be in the car or have the radio on in the office. The other day I heard a remake of Billy Joel's piano man called Techno man... which has apparently been around a long time, but I had never heard it. On another car trip they were playing an hour of obscure late 60's psychedelia-- which I have always liked. The gem of the evening contained the line I used for the title of this post. I love the super cheesy lyrics and intense music that takes itself so seriously, and seems so important to the people delivering the message. It gives me the same kind of feeling as watching the Fast and the Furious. A feeling I am pretty sure I alone in feeling.
